Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking a Senior Vote Specialist to join our stellar team. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of our processes by leading cutting-edge audits.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office as well as given the ability to work remotely
Responsibilities:
Support external audits including interfacing with regulatory agencies, if necessary
Collaborate with senior leaders and various functional groups in maintaining robust quality systems and regulatory compliance
Review quality standards and assist in development of programs to enforce standards.
Performs clerical or administrative, work
Uses administrative, data organizing and coordination skills to complete work
Performs duties according to established procedures
Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
Uses knowledge of how the team integrates with others to accomplish the team objectives
Provides informal guidance and support to more junior team members
Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on practice and existing precedents or procedures
Qualifications:
1+ years of Audit experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for examining voting data and identifying discrepancies or irregularities
Prior Vote Audit experience is a plus
Experience in testing and documentation
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $23/hr - $24/hr. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
