The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Markets (SSGM). When owners and managers of institutional assets need research, trading, securities lending and innovative portfolio strategies, they turn to SSGM business unit. What You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and implement quantitative models in collaboration with the Head of Portfolio Finance
- Define and source data requirements to support strategic decision making for Agency Lending, Prime Services and Secured Financing
- Design and build dashboards and reports that provide insights into key business metrics
- Collaborate with Client Management and Trading to implement portfolio analytics and optimization tools
- Source market and peer data and aggregate and streamline output to glean insights on market trends
- Develop resource calculators and “what if” tools (e.g., RWA, Liquidity) including actuals and forecasts
- Collaborate with State Street Associates to leverage machine learning and AI to develop research offerings for internal and external consumption
- Provide oversight and guidance for technical aspects of E-Trading for Agency Lending and Prime Services

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Financial Services in quantitative, technical roles
- Proficiency in programming skills and languages (e.g., Python, C++)
- Master’s or PHD in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or other quantitative field preferred
- Experience with machine learning frameworks is a plus

Salary Range
$235,000 - $246,250 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
