The Marketing Operations leader will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the marketing department enhancing the effectiveness of marketing efforts through the strategic use of technology, data analysis, and process optimization. You will oversee the strategic management of our Marketing Technology stack, including over two dozen SaaS solutions (marketing automation, workflow management, social media management and more) as the MarTech Product Owner. You will assist with the evaluation, integration, and utilization of new and existing capabilities to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency while ensuring that all tools are running safely and securely. This position requires someone who is passionate about digital and data-driven marketing, who can bring creative and bold new ideas to life, and who will deliver superior results consistently.
In This Role You Will
- Drive day-to-day product management decisions, build relationships with key stakeholders, meet deadlines and communicate priorities and updates.
- Transform business objectives and product strategies, together with the needs of stakeholders, into specific actionable requirements for technology teams.
- Ensure that the backlog is up-to-date and prioritized to keep team effective and focused on delivering the highest priorities. Create and refine backlog, stories, acceptance criteria. Prioritize with input from various stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and trends to keep our tech stack competitive.
- Develop roadmaps, goals, strategic platform governance, project plans and recommendations
- Ensure tools are running safely and securely, in alignment with privacy and compliance guidelines.
- Monitor performance of existing tech stack, troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages and marketing funnels.
- Develop relationships with enterprise-wide stakeholders to better understand the market, customers and products.
- Partner with stakeholders to articulate project/enhancement needs, capturing the value and clearly defining KPIs/success metrics that align with product vision and business goals
- Lead project management function to:
- Implement marketing automation tools streamlining repetitive tasks and improving campaign efficiency
- Create standardized workflows and processes that ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the overall marketing strategy
- Increase the use of analytics and prospect and customer data to improve demand generation and lead generation
Job Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience
- Expert-level understanding of digital marketing, marketing automation
- Experience managing SaaS vendor relationships, account-based marketing tool, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe Workfront experience a plus.
- Familiarity with agile models and scrum processes.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology.
- A team-mindset and penchant for collaboration.
- Know how to influence teams to deliver great customer experience without authority.

The Estimated Base Pay Range For This Job Is
$124,000.00 - $230,000.00
