Your opportunity
Schwab is building out a
Transformation Management Office (TMO) to accelerate large, cross-enterprise transformation across the firm. This organization partners closely with teams across Schwab to support all facets of transformation, from identifying and prioritizing opportunities, to implementing and executing transformation programs, to evolving skillsets and mindsets.
Within the TMO, we are standing up and leading a set of cross-enterprise programs and initiatives to improve client experience and drive greater scale and efficiencies for the broader firm. To that end, the TMO is seeking to hire a

In this role, you will lead one or more transformation initiatives, working across both “strategy” and “execution”. - Provide executive visibility and line of sight of all TMO programs to TMO leadership, firm leaders, and broader Schwab (e.g., Steering Committees, Executive Council) via management of key TMO communications
- Support TMO-wide strategic efforts (e.g., strategy assessments for new programs and initiatives for TMO support, screening opportunities across enterprises)
- Drive strategy, planning, and implementation of transformation work (e.g., roadmapping, activating stakeholders, adapting plans as needed, proactively managing risks)
- Drive communication with stakeholders and amplify engagement, ensuring needs are met throughout the transformation efforts (e.g., ensuring alignment with the vision, sustaining a sense of excitement and enthusiasm)
- Ensure alignment and coordination across related initiatives, in partnership with TMO leaders and team members
- Support leadership surge asks (e.g., conduct ad hoc analysis as needed)
- Contribute to the culture of the team and how we work; help to establish team norms and processes
- Help strengthen Schwab’s overall “transformation muscle” by regularly contributing to transformation best practices and supporting broader Transformation communications
