Associate, Private Credit – Westport or NYC

The role will be based in New York, NY or Westport, CT with the expectation of a hybrid work model.
PineBridge Investments is seeking an Associate to join the Private Credit team. The Private Credit Team provides capital to support leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, acquisitions and growth strategies to middle market US-based companies across a variety of industries. PineBridge Private Credit provides customized non-control financing solutions through a direct-lending investment strategy that provides senior secured loans.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Screening, analyzing and executing debt investments in private equity transactions, as well as monitoring portfolio companies
- Remaining involved in all aspects of transaction evaluation including business, industry, and financial due diligence
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Prepare investment committee memoranda and presentations
- Travel on deal diligence from time-to-time
- Assist with marketing initiatives and reporting to limited partners
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of prior work experience, ideally in investment banking, lending, or asset management
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- Mature individual who is comfortable with a high level of responsibility
- Ability to handle multiple assignment effectively, prioritizing and multi-tasking with ease
- Comfortable making business judgements
- Solid analytical and computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required

*Salary Range: $100,000-155,000 annually + bonus + benefits
