The Emerging Markets Debt team manages $9.3 billion in assets under management. The team is seeking a highly motivated and academically accomplished undergraduate senior who will graduate in December 2024 or May 2025 to join the team. This position is for a full-time role, starting summer 2025, however the student must be able to work, in-person, one day per week starting January 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for students who possess strong analytical skills, are interested in emerging markets fixed income, and are eager to apply their technical knowledge in a real-world setting and contribute to an experienced, collaborative team’s efforts.
You’ll need to have:
- Strong academic performance.
- Strong technical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to stakeholders.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of working independently on assigned tasks.
- A demonstrated interest in financial markets, particularly in emerging market fixed income.
- Knowledge of languages other than English is a plus.
We’ll trust you to:
- Work directly with senior research analysts on bottom-up analysis in both USD and locally denominated debt for EM countries.
- Conduct quantitative analysis and research to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to PMs and senior team members.
This opportunity is open to candidates who will graduate between December 2024 and May 2025. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until December 5, 2024.

Compensation: Pro-rated base annual salary of $90,000
