As a Vice President - Branch Manager, you will lead a team of Branch Managers across Westlake, TX, Austin, TX, Phoenix, AZ, and Chicago, IL who directly manage teams of Financial Consultants in support of our Active Trader client base. A central part of your role will be inspiring your teams of financial professionals as they provide investment guidance and support to clients. You will be responsible for increasing branch revenue while expanding its Active Trader client base. Additionally, you will work closely with our internal Trader Strategy organization to implement large scale and tactical sales strategies. Your typical day will include leadership and sales coaching, sales process management, strategy implementation, performance management and recognition, collaborating with business partners, sharing of best practices, and performing compliance and risk management oversight characteristic of our industry. Your Typical Day Will Include
- Development of branch leaders and effective performance management
- Leadership and sales coaching
- Sales process management
- Analysis of key metrics for trends and actions
- Collaborating with business partners and sharing best practices
- Strategic influence on overall Trader Relationship Management approach
- Performing compliance and risk management oversight inherent in our industry
What you have
To ensure that we have fulfilled our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Active and valid FINRA Series: 7, 63, 9/10, and 24 licenses are required
- Active and valid FINRA Series 3 and 4 licenses are preferred
- Additional designations are preferred: CFP, CMT, CFA
- Demonstrated leadership, strategy development and implementation skills
- Experience leading large, multi-location teams
- Deep understanding of Trader client segment with proven ability to drive and execute against strategy and client experience
- A minimum of 10 years in the financial services industry and in leadership roles
- A desire to lead, a passion for Trading services and sales management, and a deep commitment to client service
- Shown success in establishing quality cross-enterprise partnerships
- Comprehensive industry, investment, and trader knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of success in sales, sales leadership, and overall leadership
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
