General Summary and Purpose:
We are looking for a Manager, Demand Generation to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and measurement of email campaigns and other lead generation tactics for Victory Capital. You will also manage the use of paid and organic search and disruptive technologies to support sales targets. To do this, you will partner with the Channel Marketing Directors and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, data and analytics, social media and IT. As Manager, Demand Generation, you will monitor and analyze performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives. The ideal Manager, Demand Generation will build meaningful client and investor journeys across our B2B and B2C businesses to achieve aggressive growth and retention goals.
You will report to the Head of Channel Marketing.
You Will:
·Have a deep understanding of marketing tools and technologies, as well as data management
·Manage and lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns, lead generation tactics and client journeys
·Serve as manager to the Marketing Campaign Specialist
·Implement process improvements and advancement of current marketing capabilities to build a Digital Center of Excellence, optimize use of data and analytics and improve client experience
·Lead the use of paid and organic search and disruptive technologies to support aggressive business growth targets
·Partner with Channel Marketing Directors to deliver fully integrated campaigns and client journeys, using innovative marketing tactics and technologies, across distribution channels
·Identify targeted existing and prospective investor audiences/segments for sales campaigns in collaboration with sales and data and analytics
·Collaborate with marketing, sales, social media and data and IT teams to align on strategy, optimize performance and measure results
·Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives
·Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation, lead generation, and lead nurturing
You Have:
·B.S. or B.A. required; major in marketing, technology or related field
·5+ years marketing automation, demand generation, paid search and email campaign platform experience
·Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms to build workflows, create email marketing campaigns, and deepen customer engagement
·Knowledge of web, mobile applications, databases, APIs, consumer electronics and computer languages
·Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and insights that inform campaign optimization and strategy
·Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
·Ability to be a self-starter, work independently and drive initiatives from concept through completion
·Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and set priorities
·Ability to successfully build internal and external business relationships
·Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills
·Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Strong technical skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Suite and email marketing platforms. Experience with Adobe Campaign, Salesforce and Tableau preferred.

Target Compensation:
The target base salary range for this position is $89,205 - $105,000.
Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.
Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
Victory Capital Management’s total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
