Hierax Wealth Partners is a boutique multi-family office wealth advisory practice serving the sophisticated wealth needs of individuals, families, and their related businesses and organizations. The Advisor Support Associate is a detail-oriented executor who can navigate quickly between solving both client-facing and advisor-specific problems as they arise. Typical tasks can range from walking a client through a new performance portal, assisting a client with an incoming retirement plan rollover, preparing client-facing reports for review meetings, and assisting client service associates with complex tasks such as international wires. Our ideal candidate is willing to go outside the box to solve a problem and to always advocate for our client’s best interests. This is a unique opportunity as the Advisor Support Associate will gain exposure to all facets of our practice. For the right candidate, this role can potentially lead to Senior Operations roles or Paraplanner/Junior Advisor roles.
This role is 100% IN OFFICE in our brand-new Westport, CT office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client portfolios in performance reporting software (Black Diamond). This includes (but is not limited to) client onboarding, manual accounts, account retitling and assets held away.
- Compiles all client annual tax documents (primary custodian, assets held away, K1s etc.) and uploads to relevant portal to clients and relevant Centers of Influence (COI).
- Assists advisors in proactively providing relevant COI projected income, capital gains and losses throughout the year.
- Interact with high-net worth clients, along with their trusted advisors (i.e., CPAs, attorneys, paralegal staff) to provide compassionate and superior service with every client and colleague.
- Participates in client meetings to facilitate complex administrative needs (i.e., Estate distributions, asset retitling, etc.) and assists advisors with relevant follow-up. - Assists advisors in distributing invoices and tracking collections.
- Works proactively in all facets of the role, consistently seeking out new opportunities to assist advisors in planning more efficiently, maximizing data integrity, taking the initiative to re-define best practices, and identifying high-impact activities.
- Promptly resolves client service issues effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to: sending and receiving client deposits and withdrawals including but not limited to domestic and foreign wires, assisting clients with online custodian and portal access, writing letters of authorization for client signature and providing proof of fund letters on demand, managing client required minimum distributions, and interacting with client tax and legal professionals regarding client documentation needs.
- Scans, files, and manages on-line documentation. Compiles industry-required KYC data from current or prospective clients and accurately enters data into CRM (Salesforce).
- Consistently documents all client communications within CRM across all communication methods
(fax, call, email).
- Maintains a positive attitude and a willingness/flexibility to help with high priority client issues. A
“no task is too small” attitude is paramount.
- Perform tasks in a manner that display a commitment to excellence and team-defined best
practices.
- Protects clients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of all personal and financial information.
- Duties will evolve over time depending on firm initiatives and the development of specific skill sets
acquired.

- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel, is essential. You
will be responsible for the full functionality of software packages, reporting, and technology
applications.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

pressure.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of applicable financial client service experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
- Eligibility to work in the US
Ability to work in our Westport, CT office Monday-Friday 8:30AM to 5PM
