We are looking for a motivated professional with a strong work ethic and a demonstrated passion for investing to join our Investment Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and closely with others on the Team.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of our unique investment philosophy and process
- Conduct fundamental analysis of companies and their respective industries with a goal of finding the critical drivers of each company's business
- Utilize primary and secondary information resources for due diligence to develop an investment thesis
- Attend and/or lead meetings with company managements, competitors, customers, suppliers, industry contacts, and sell-side analysts
- Use the Firm's proprietary valuation model to identify any potential mispricing of securities
- Evaluate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks and opportunities
- Compile and communicate research findings to the Investment Team through our Research Management System, emails, reports, and presentations
- Participate in Research Meetings and challenge conventional wisdom
- Interact with Trading, Marketing/Client Support, and other teams across the firm
- For experienced professionals, the role may involve providing guidance to other Analysts and Associates

Candidates Must Have
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, or related field
- An advanced degree and/or CFA (or progress toward) is a plus
- Strong Excel skills and related experience with other Microsoft Office products
- Well-developed communications skills, including both speaking and writing
- Investing experience with strong stock picking skills
- A proven track record of adding value is a plus
