The Role:
Global Private Wealth Marketing is responsible for growing the Blue Owl brand and driving assets into commercial products with Financial Advisors and their high-net-worth clients across key markets (e.g., AMRS, EMEA and APAC). We are hiring a marketing professional to support the end-to-end management and execution of our owned media channels for the Private Wealth business.
This individual will sit on the Growth Marketing team within Private Wealth Marketing, primarily focused on developing and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns that increase awareness, drive engagement and nurture leads. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our owned media channels, finding deeper connectivity with all marketing initiatives and channels. They will work closely with the broader marketing team and stakeholders on developing strategic plans, creating content and analyzing campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead all aspects of owned media strategy, implementation, operations and reporting, primarily focused on email marketing
- Own end-to-end development and management of all email marketing communications across newsletters, recurring email communications and nurture email campaigns
- Ensure email communications comply with industry regulations and best practice across regions
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; conduct A/B tests to improve and optimize the advisor experience to drive engagement and conversion
- Support lead generation system and CRM integration across Salesforce/HubSpot to ensure campaign tracking and measurement accuracy
- Own the management and distribution of Private Wealth’s content on social media across Wealth executives' profiles, Blue Owl's LinkedIn/X profiles
- Ensure consistency across owned and paid social media efforts across Wealth campaigns to drive engagement and leads among financial advisors
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Private Wealth Growth, Product, Content and broader stakeholders like Data/IT to improve processes and performance
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, financial services and asset management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required
- Platform experience (or similar platforms): HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Monday.com
- Strong project management skills and proficient in Microsoft office suite (primarily PowerPoint and Excel)
- Experience with email and social media marketing preferred
- Experience with building marketing lists, automation and CRM management
- Driven, self-starter with the ability to own and execute on a range of initiatives while managing multiple stakeholders and staying strategically focused
- Results driven with a high-level of attention to details and commitment to excellence
- Strong organizational skills: ability to multi-task, prioritize, think proactively, find connectivity across marketing initiatives and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $100,000 to $140,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
