Job Description
Ares Management is looking for a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team focused on front office recruiting. The Recruiter will be responsible for management of the recruitment processes and partnering with business leaders to support their recruitment needs. The ideal candidate will lead the full life cycle of recruiting and fostering relationships with key stakeholders including hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and addressing all related requests and queries, streamlining, and improving our Recruitment processes to ensure best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a lean team with direct interaction with senior management.
Primary functions & responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategically source and attract high-caliber investment, fundraising and product management talent through direct sourcing, job boards, market mapping, partnerships, referrals and networking
Partner with respective lines of business’ hiring teams, including, and not limited to: Credit, Private Equity, Secondaries, Real Estate, Secondaries, Infrastructure, Insurance and Wealth Management
Partner with Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation, Talent Management and HRBP teams to understand talent needs and solutions
Advise hiring managers on considerations such as level, compensation, and responsibilities
Provide a high-touch experience to candidates from application stage to offer
Represent Ares at industry conferences and events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
Experience recruiting for Credit, Private Equity or Secondaries
Proven experience with diversity recruiting initiatives
Minimum of 6 years of experience which includes 2+ years in corporate or executive search focused on the front office
In-depth understanding and strong network in the alternative investment management space
Experience constructing and delivering complex offers
Adaptable and highly organized teammate eager to assist with recruiting in areas with a high demand, regardless of assigned clients.

Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$125,000-$150,000
