The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the People Development Team, the Associate will specialize in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of global training initiatives. In addition, the Talent Development Associate will strategically focus on building capabilities needed to achieve the businesses strategic goals with an eye toward building future skills needed for business evolution and growth.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead DTCC’s mentoring initiatives
- Proactively serve as an internal consultant on Talent Development services with a focus on developing future skills and capabilities through Coaching and Mentoring
- Own and manage our Executive Coaching framework, liaising with internal leaders and external vendors
- Develop project plans, define timeframe, and prioritize tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives
- Collaborate with other People Development teams and Human Resources (HR) departments to ensure clients benefit from a broad view to talent development
- Leverage instructional design skills to analyze needs, design, develop and deploy both formal and informal development solutions, and evaluate program effectiveness
- Source, evaluate and recommend vendors to deliver best-in-class talent development solutions
- Coordinate with vendor partners and ensure product/service delivery maintains the appropriate quality standards; work to resolve any raised issues timely
- Develop online learning solutions by creating and importing content, recording, and editing audio, adding closed captioning, and performing Quality Control testing
- Support the development and execution of the ‘Open Curriculum’ available to all DTCC employees
- Own the Intranet pages for Talent Development, ensuring employees have access to all the resources that are available to them

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience and demonstrated success as a People Development specialist
- Bachelor's degree with Masters (preferred) or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Experience using Oracle LMS
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify minute discrepancies in documents
- Strong interpersonal skills to coach teammates on aspects of quality design geared toward the end user’s learning experience
- Good visual design skills and ability to create modern and professional looking courses
- Ability to manage key partners, at a variety of leadership levels from around the organization
- Highly effective communicator with the ability to present to audiences at multiple levels of the organization
