The HRBP Associate will work in support of the Real Estate HR Business Partner team to enhance operations and effectiveness across a broad variety of HR strategies and cyclical processes. This role will help prepare, track and monitor work and projects across all activities of the HR Business Partner team.
This role will provide excellent experience with a broad-base of best-in-class strategic approaches to engaging, managing, and developing our human capital. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Help prepare materials and source data as needed in support of Talent Assessment, Development, Performance and Promotion Processes.
Assist in monitoring and tracking both ongoing talent development initiatives and employee relations matters.
Manage Workday data updates including but not limited to processing manager changes and transfers.
Assist with immigration, relocation and expatriate process.
Prepare internal meeting materials including meeting agendas and talking points.
Take detailed notes during key talent reviews and/or HR meetings.
Play a key role in extracting and organizing data for insights in support of a variety of initiatives, including but not limited to, diversity & inclusion, organizational development, and ongoing audit and management of team data.
Schedule and own meeting logistics for key talent meetings and initiatives.
Act as primary point of contact for standard headcount requests.
Project manage or support ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Highly organized and analytical with strong attention to detail.

Experience in HR data and analytics.
Intellectually curious with strategic thinking skills (e.g., big picture, long term implications).
Resourceful self-starter and solution oriented.
Collaborative with the ability to create strong working relationships.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work well under pressure.
Ability to handle and keep confidential sensitive information.
Proficient use of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $130,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
