About This Role
The CIB Innovation team, aligned within the CIB Chief Operating Office, is seeking an experienced AI Solution Delivery & Process Engineering Lead to join its leadership team. This role will manage a team of agile delivery and process engineering professionals responsible for implementing strategic AI initiatives.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead design, testing, solutioning and implementation of strategic AI initiatives
- Lead AI center of excellence with partners including Microsoft, Google
- Develop and manage a team of AI delivery pods and process engineering professionals in support of strategic AI/GenAI initiatives.
- Provide program leadership/support for large complex initiatives to ensure success and sustainability. Lead delivery teams to ensure daily execution and overall results track to sponsor goals.
- Consult with leadership to assess delivery needs, discuss gaps, and advise on the sequencing and organization of work to achieve program goals.
- Build sustainable program frameworks including project plans; roles and responsibilities; programs forums and councils; data management; reporting routines; stakeholder management plans; communication plans; etc.
- Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience implementing AI solutions in Corporate and Investment Bank
- Experience leading and executing large, complex initiatives in Corporate & Investment Bank
- Understanding of AI/GenAI, CIB businesses, processes and technology
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Transformation mindset, with a record of accomplishment in strategic program delivery, knowledge, approaches and methodologies to support effective transformation
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and effectively executes
- Direct line management experience of geographically dispersed team members including performance management, recruitment and development of talent.
- Experience in portfolio or complex program management in Agile @ scale
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present concisely and accurately to senior MD/C-suite/Board level audiences.
Job Expectations
- Hybrid work schedule 3 days in office 2 days remote
- Up to 20% travel
- Must be willing to work in posted location
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
