Job Overview

Our Global Rates Team is in search of a Portfolio Manager (PM) to manage interest rate exposures in US and Non-US markets across Fixed Income strategies. The PM will be responsible for developing ideas and modeling trades in cash and derivative markets, including, but not limited to, nominal government bonds, inflation-linked government bonds, futures, and swaps. The role provides an opportunity to interact across multiple investment teams and collaborate with client and corporate services in a highly flat and dynamic organization.

We’ll Trust You To

Manage our Money Market Fund and other US government-only strategies
Collaborate closely with the Lead Portfolio Managers of multi-sector strategies to develop views on duration, term structure and curve exposures
Generate significant alpha by choosing optimal securities for managing interest rate risk and taking discretionary views relative to benchmarks and peers
Maintain desired duration, slope and curve exposures at the portfolio level
Model trades across global rates markets and communicate with traders

You'll Need To Have

7+ years of experience in cash and derivatives interest rate markets
Buy-side experience working in a team-based environment is preferred
Strong organizational skills to manage across many different strategies and accounts
Ability to effectively communicate and drive positive outcomes in a collaborative, results-oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MA, MBA and/or CFA designation is viewed positively

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $250,000-$300,000 . Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
