What You’ll Do
Wisehaupt Bray Asset Management is looking for driven financial professionals to join our Wealth Advisory team. You will have experience in financial services, brokerage, banking, or a similar industry. This role offers a career path for advancement within the paraplanning role or progression to wealth advisor roles.
The Paraplanner team supports Financial Advisors (FAs) in preparing for client meetings, coordinating tasks with the service team, and ensuring all necessary documentation and follow-ups are completed. Your role will involve use of financial planning software and multiple systems to equip the advisor team for client meetings.
- Prepare client meeting materials.
- Use financial planning software to support the advisor team.
- Input client data and support the financial advisor team with comprehensive financial plans.
- Manage performance reporting software and asset allocation programs.
- Communicate with advisors and service team.
- Demonstrate knowledge of equity and fixed-income markets.
- Create monthly reports and assist with data analysis.
- Research financial products and help with financial calculations.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, financial planning, or a relevant field
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Recent graduates in financial planning fields are encouraged to apply
- Takes initiative and prides themselves on precision and reliability
- Excellent at conveying ideas, both in writing and speaking
- Experienced with financial planning tools
- Well-versed in equity and fixed-income markets
- Work well with a team to achieve common goals
