As a VP PDS Clearing Management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our derivatives clearing processes, product & platform capabilities. You will be working closely with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholder to complete client documentation, with controls, functions, legal and compliance on regulatory and market structure development and with product and platform teams on Barclays’ capabilities in the cleared derivatives space, while driving and maintaining our commitment to exceptional client service.
To be successful as a VP PDS Clearing Management, you should have:
- Knowledge & understanding of exchange-traded derivatives, cleared OTC derivatives, and FX Prime Brokerage markets & market structure, exchanges, clearing houses, products, how they trade & clear, and their life-cycle events
- Understanding of US rules and regulation governing exchange-traded derivatives, cleared OTC derivatives, and FX Prime Brokerage
- Understanding of legal documentation governing the execution & clearing of exchange traded derivatives, cleared OTC derivatives, and FX Prime Brokerage
Some Highly Valued Skills Include
- Understanding of UK and EU regulations and products relating to exchange-traded derivatives, cleared OTC derivatives, and FX Prime Brokerage
- Familiarity with Fixed Income Prime Brokerage and US treasury market structure
- Familiarity with client onboarding processes, governance frameworks, and enterprise structures

Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $250,000
