As the VP, Head of Retail Products, you will lead the development of a comprehensive product roadmap that integrates platform technology, investment solutions, and holistic wealth management services. This role encompasses managing partnership relationships, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives to ensure our offerings effectively address the needs of advisors.
Essential Functions For This Role Include
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the wealth management sector.
- Utilize insights to guide product development and strategic positioning.
- Design and implement robust go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create positioning, messaging, and promotional plans that resonate with advisors.
- Partner with the Leadership Team to develop and execute a strategic product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s goals and market demands.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement initiatives that enhance product offerings.
- Lead the creation and execution of innovative investment products and strategies that meet client objectives and market trends.
- Work closely with the investment team to ensure competitive and robust product offerings.
- Evaluate legacy product solutions and spearhead efforts for innovation and consolidation
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key vendors and service providers to ensure advisors have access to comprehensive wealth solutions for their clients.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and monitor performance to maximize value and effectiveness.

- An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Retail and Wealth Management.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and work effectively across all organization levels.
