This is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for driving the Finance & Business Management strategy across Tech, Data & Product, Talent & Employee Experience segment.
As an Executive Director, Tech, Data & Product Finance & Business Management Lead within the Finance & Business Management Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial and business management strategy. You will work closely with the Head of Tech, Data & Product Talent & Employee Experience and their leadership team, ensuring that our strategies align with the organization's objectives. Your role will also involve optimizing operational efficiency across the Tech, Data & Product Talent & Employee Experience segment.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Tech Data, and Product Talent & Employee Experience, providing financial and business insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with leadership to manage key deliverables and enhance the operating model, focusing on OKRs, business reviews, cost-benefit analysis and governance
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
- Manage annual and monthly budget processes with analysis, variance commentary, noting risks and opportunities, and trend insights
- Identify productivity initiatives, own investment business cases, and provide accurate headcount forecasting
- Develop reporting to analyze compensation and non-compensation expenses, allocations, accruals, headcount for month-end processes, while managing hiring and expense approvals
- Oversee third-party engagements and vendor expense management with relevant SMEs and vendor management teams
- Act as primary liaison with controls function to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory commitments, while managing CSAs and risk acceptance processes
- Develop and execute a communication strategy, including town hall content and event planning
- Establish reporting routines and work on forward planning and preparation for key meetings and leadership events, manage weekly reporting, T&E approvals, and Real Estate queries, and lead preparation of QBRs and MBRs with analysis and insights for presentations
- Oversee and improve project and program management standards, tools, and processes, facilitating integrated cross-functional management and reporting
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- Extensive experience in Business Management, Finance, or COO roles, within a tech or data-driven environment
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Strong presentation skills, capable of handling confidential information and preparing materials for senior executives
- Team-oriented with the ability to build strong partnerships and manage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
- Exceptional attention to detail with a logical thought process
- Sound judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, and a strong work ethic
