Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Multifamily Pricing, to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our asset management team by acting as the primary liaison between pricing advisors and property management teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, real estate operations, and strategic initiatives, with a focus on multifamily properties.
Essential Duties
- Serve as the eyes and ears for asset managers during weekly pricing calls, ensuring that strategies are effectively communicated and executed.
- Extract, report, and analyze data to track movement in key statistics, providing actionable insights to the asset management team.
- Demonstrate a high aptitude for handling data and general operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Act as a consultant rather than performing actual pricing, advising on strategies and best practices based on data-driven insights.
- Work closely with pricing advisors, property management teams, and other stakeholders to align on pricing strategies and execution plans.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in analyst positions, strategic initiative teams, asset management, or related fields within real estate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional data analysis and reporting skills, with a strong proficiency in Excel. Experience with Yardi and RealPage is required; Argus skills are advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically and provide strategic insights based on data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and data management.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$130,000.00 - $160,000.00
