Your Future Team
As a Senior Associate, Wealth Solutions, you will assist our Directors/Executive Directors in providing financial and estate planning solutions to advisors' clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Advisor Engagement, Marketing, and others to achieve our growth and business objectives
What You’ll Do
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with advisors to help drive, facilitate and implement Wealth Solutions offerings including Hightower Trust Company services
- Assist Directors/Executive Directors with providing comprehensive, personalized financial advice, estate planning strategies, charitable giving opportunities, and tax optimization solutions tailored to clients’ specific circumstances
- Help Directors/ Executive Directors create detailed financial plans for clients, including retirement planning, estate distribution, and wealth transfer strategies
- Stay up-to-date with evolving estate laws and tax regulations, incorporating changes into clients' financial and estate plans as necessary
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
- Experience reading and understanding estate documents (i.e. wills, trusts both revocable and irrevocable)
- 3 + years of experience creating and delivering estate plans
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with industry advancements

- Base salary of $95,000-$105,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
