Your Future Team
As the Manager of Client Reporting, you will take an active role in overseeing the activities of Hightower’s Client Reporting team. Reporting to the Director of Client Reporting, your responsibilities will include managing daily workflows, driving process improvements, handling vendor management, and leading projects aimed at enhancing integration and automation. You will ensure seamless operations and advisor experience by managing vendor partnerships and leading your team. Additionally, you will develop scalable processes, tracking service metrics, and supervising the daily operations of the Client Reporting team.
What You’ll Do
- Client Reporting Strategy and Execution: Develop and manage daily processes for the Client Reporting team, ensuring efficient workflows and excellent advisor service.
- Training: Create and curate training materials for new hires and ongoing functionality releases. Guide product adoption and establish best practices for the field.
- Vendor and Process Management: Monitor SLAs, address service escalations, and maintain SOPs and metrics.
- Problem Solving: Handle complex inquiries and escalations from internal and external stakeholders. Engage with internal partners and advisors teams to resolve issues
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement improvements and automation opportunities. Track performance and metrics, reporting regularly to leadership.
- Project Leadership: Lead large firm-wide initiatives related to Client Reporting platforms. Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize enhancements, standardization, and integration opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Oversee process effectiveness, build and lead the team, and provide guidance and training. Prioritize resources for business needs and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years experience industry experience with management experience
- Familiarity with performance reporting tools
- Developed understanding of the operational details of the advisory business (e.g., RIA) functions (IT, Finance, Operations, Compliance).
- Communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to interpret and resolve complex data issues and recommend actionable solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Propensity to constantly improve processes, workflows, and results.

- Base salary of $110,000-$120,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
