As a Regional Corporate Meetings and Events Manager, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for planning and executing complex global corporate meetings and events with the purpose of driving business goals and instilling company values. In this role, you’ll spearhead the business operations and strategy of the North America corporate events team.
You will join a global team to oversee excellent execution of 100+ meetings, retreats, offsites, teambuilding and board meetings annually. You will play a pivotal role in steering our corporate events program to drive greater scale and enhance our processes.
As a member of the leadership team, you will have broad responsibilities including collaborating to implement a strategic vision, setting annual goals, developing action plans, and owning end to end processes. You will also be directly involved in the development and leadership for the North America corporate event planners. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity are essential for success.

- You have 5+ years of proven people leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams.
- You possess deep expertise in the Meeting and Event/Hospitality industry with a commitment to operational excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality meetings and events.
- You are passionate about leading, inspiring, and coaching team members, fostering individual and team growth through delegation, feedback, instruction, and encouragement-building on strengths and developing areas for improvement.
- You can successfully oversee a large portfolio of work, effectively allocating resources, and developing knowledge and skills as needed to meet business needs.
- You have a strategic and results-oriented mindset, capable of prioritizing and driving multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills, enabling you to work seamlessly with business partners, stakeholders and vendors.

Working Conditions
- Work is often performed outside of normal business hours
- Travel required (up to 10%) may include travel to other global regions, but primarily domestic travel
Southern California Base Salary Range: $136,858-$218,973
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
