As the Risk Management and Claims Analyst, you will focus on operational effectiveness in support of claims and risk management strategies. You will play a pivotal part in understanding and executing claims programs, policies, and procedures across reporting, investigation, resolution, and delivery of claim information. By supporting incident and claims management programs, you’ll contribute directly to reducing risk and driving impactful outcomes.
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of incident and claims management programs across Bridge Investment Group Funds.
- Work with Property Management, Legal, adjusters, and other stakeholders to reduce the total cost of risk.
- Assist in comprehensive investigations that help quantify damages and facilitate timely resolutions.
- Assist in creating strategic partnerships with third-party claims administrators, while providing direction to minimize costs and achieve effective outcomes.
- Complete analysis and reporting of claim and incident trends, offering proactive recommendations to mitigate or eliminate underlying risks.
- Assist with day-to-day AP functions for the department.
What You Should Bring
- Previous work experience in insurance claims, risk management, property management, and/or accounting preferred.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Managing multiple tasks and items at a time with the ability to stay on track.
- Flexibility in day-to-day tasks changing and prioritizing each task.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture in smaller details.
- Proficiency in performing moderately complex mathematical and financial calculations accurately.
- Detail-oriented with strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Office, excel
- Strong collaborative partnership and cross-functional leadership skills.

- 401K: Bridge Investment Group will contribute to your account equal to 100% of the first 4% of pay which you contribute to the plan. These contributions belong 100% to the employee upon their contribution. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled contributing 4%, with up to 6% company match, with the option to opt out. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
- 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
