This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization's resilience and ability to meet strategic objectives through effective risk management practices. You will be accountable for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating hazards and operational and financial risks. In addition to managing the company's insurance portfolio, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to implement best practices, educate teams on risk management, and oversee critical risk-related processes. Your expertise will directly influence the organization's ability to operate safely and efficiently while maintaining compliance and minimizing exposure.
- Identify and evaluate hazards, operational risks, and financial exposures.
- Monitor company values and exposures to ensure proper insurance coverage.
- Manage the insurance renewal process, including gathering information, working with brokers, and arranging site visits.
- Provide formal training on risk management issues and promote understanding of insurance costs and risk practices.
- Calculate, allocate, and bill the cost of risk to portfolio companies and properties.
- Assist in the development of department budget projections.
- Evaluate and select third-party service providers, including underwriters, brokers, and claim administrators.
- Coordinate the issuance of insurance certificates, bonds, and automobile insurance cards.
- Maintain insurance policies and related documentation.
- Review and advise on insurance requirements for company contracts.
- Establish and maintain a Risk Management Information System (RMIS).
- Support the development and routine updates of Business Continuity plans and procedures.
What You Should Bring
7+ years of experience in risk and insurance within corporate risk management, an insurance company, or brokerage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with information systems and software applications.
In-depth knowledge of property, casualty, and management liability coverage lines.
Experience with sophisticated risk financing techniques.
Professional designations such as ARM, CRM, or CPCU.

- 401K: Bridge Investment Group will contribute to your account equal to 100% of the first 4% of pay which you contribute to the plan. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled contributing 4%, with up to 6% company match, with the option to opt out. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
- 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
