Job Description:
The Investor Services Senior Associate plays a key role in the dynamic and challenging Investor Services Team, which is an integral part of the Client Service Team. The Investor Services Team is responsible for the production of all monthly and quarterly client reporting, population of consultant databases and questionnaires, and similar business- related requests. This position requires an individual with high attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent time management, and offers regular interaction with Senior Management, Investment Analysts, and Client Portfolio Managers. Additionally, this role provides exposure to all aspects of buy side fixed income management.
The Investor Services Senior Associate reports to the Investor Services Team Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility of the Investor Service Associate is the production and external dissemination of recurring and ad hoc client, consultant and prospect-driven data requests
- Populate and conduct data integrity checks of investment-related database platforms, ensuring accurate information and timely updates
- Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly client-driven deadlines for all reporting
- Leverage Excel-based internal reports and PowerBI Dashboards for data
- Make suggestions and initiate process improvement for materials production; streamline process, manage risks, increase efficiency, and improve quality and response turnaround times
- Respond to ad hoc requests as needed to support growing business needs
- Interface directly with clients to ensure all data needs are met
- Partner with Regulatory Compliance to meet and maintain marketing rules and standards
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 years investment industry experience in a data-driven role
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and Microsoft Suite
- Keen attention to detail
- Superior communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to adapt and adjust direction to meet business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work and communicate effectively within a cross-functional team environment
- Experience with online databases and software (eVestment, Morningstar, Bloomberg, investment consultant-specific platforms) preferred but not necessary

In addition to the opportunity to participate in a discretionary bonus program, the salary range below describes the estimated minimum to maximum base salary range for a position of this level. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate and may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience, licensure requirements, certifications, skill set, and other business and organizational needs.
Base Salary Range:
$80,000- 100,000
Annual Performance Bonus:
This role is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus
