We are currently seeking a passionate BI / Dashboard / Reporting Lead to play a pivotal role in designing and developing enterprise-level Business Intelligence (BI). You’ll be responsible for leading the team to create visually appealing and data-rich dashboards and reports and implementing best practices. You will be responsible to contribute and coordinate specialist expertise for the management, maintenance and control of BI / reporting solutions, the product strategy, and end-to-end oversight for the solution.
This role is for someone who is excited about producing new insights for users. More specifically to
- Define product roadmaps for reporting and insight deliverables
- Work with Business stakeholders and users to design and prototype dashboard solutions, shaping the way on how our users get insight to business critical data and take action
- Drive the complete SDLC (develop, test and integrate) for dashboard solutions per defined business requirements, applying an agile implementation approach allowing users for an early view on the product
- Partner with IT and Data Visualization professionals to further enhance the technical capabilities of our Power BI dashboards for meeting complex users requirements
- Ensure reliable operations of the dashboards developed by the team, mitigating any potential issues with short turnaround and addressing user questions
- Work with the Product Owner and colleagues to create reliable, yet challenging implementation plans for the tasks ahead

You’ll be working on the Data, Analytics and Foundational Platforms team that is focused on driving growth and transforming Advisor and Client experiences using AI, data and analytics. The team is entrepreneurial with a “start-up” mindset incredibly focused on creating impact and driving lasting change for our UBS Wealth Management Americas business. Your expertise
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- proven product leader with a track record of delivering complex, digital products within the financial services industry
- Prior experience delivering of AI, data and analytics solutions to client facing professionals
- 15+ years’ experience in product management, business analysis or relevant discipline
- prior experience in Wealth Management business
- Extensive experience in developing BI solutions and other relevant data visualizations tools for financial organizations
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX and Power Apps
- Proficiency in defining dashboards, data visualizations, and storytelling with data
- Experience working with business stakeholders, taking conceptual requirements, and turning them into visualizations and product roadmaps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
