The Marketing Project Manager will take ownership of project management for the marketing department, including the work management platform and vendor relationship (Wrike). The role will assist the department restructure of the existing project management platform based on user feedback and prior experience, to create more efficient processes and reduce overhead in logging projects, and will establish best practices and improve user adoption.
Responsibilities Include But May Not Be Limited To
- Lead and monitor marketing project progress from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Work with stakeholders to create and manage project plans, timelines, and process.
- Identify project reporting needs and create/automate dashboards for teams and managers.
- Develop and improve process for stakeholders and team members communication.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Evaluate and improve or restructure intake process across each group.
- Migrate from an hours-based to an effort-based system.
- Work with stakeholders and business lines to improve communication flow and reduce unnecessary back and forth.
- Improve and streamline approval process with stakeholders and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Prior experience of 5+ years in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep Experience with project management software (specific Wrike experience a plus)
- Prior experience with PM for a marketing team
- PMP or similar project management certification
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is based on several factors, including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and, if applicable, the location of the position.
This role is eligible for either a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance) and/or commission-based incentives.

Salary Range
$92,200—$110,000 USD
