Who You’ll Work With:
AB’s ongoing growth includes the expansion and strengthening of its Private Wealth Management efforts globally. In order to achieve our objectives, AB is looking to identify a Director, Inorganic Growth, to drive our strategic initiatives across all markets. This individual will support the firm’s inorganic growth strategy by assisting in research, analysis, deal execution and integration efforts to expand the firm’s capabilities. This role will report to the National Director, Ultra-High Net Worth and Innovation Initiatives and collaborate closely with the broader inorganic growth team.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in developing the inorganic growth strategy for Bernstein Private Wealth.
Maintain awareness of market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.
Establish the ideal prospect profile (e.g., geography, product, or sector specialties) that aligns with organizational/business unit needs.
Utilize internal and external resources to execute the outbound sourcing process.
Aid in developing relationships with investment banks, advisors, and industry contacts.
Help to drive the valuation and transaction pricing process.
Partner with internal stakeholders to manage the due diligence and contracting process.
Maintain a project plan to track diligence progress by function and ensure satisfactory completion of diligence requirements.
Work with internal stakeholders to get diligence sign-off from subject matter experts.
Collaborate with the integration team to ensure a smooth transition from transaction execution to onboarding and integration.
What We’re Looking For:
4-7 years of experience in wealth management, investment banking, consulting, corporate development or another related field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, valuation and market analysis.
Familiarity with wealth management industry trends, particularly in RIA acquisitions.
Excellent communication and organization skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in finance, economics, business or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows:
Base Salary Range: $175,000-200,000
Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at AB, which may include, depending on eligibility, commissions, year-end incentive compensation, short- and long-term incentives and Department-specific awards.
