Job Description
Are you ready to lead and make an impact in the world of structured finance and trade settlement?
At Linedata, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our
Bank Loan Servicing & Trade Settlement team, responsible for managing critical processes such as CLO deal portfolios, trade closings, cash reconciliation, and structured finance transactions. In this exciting new role, you will lead a talented team, drive process improvements, and ensure smooth operations on platforms like ClearPar and WSO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the trade closing process for CLO deals, including trade allocation, affirmation, and timely settlements on ClearPar.
- Manage daily cash reconciliation to ensure accurate processing of cash receipts, wires, and investments.
- Oversee WSO notice processing while ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal protocols.
- Supervise and mentor a team to foster growth, performance, and operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide solutions to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirement
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in trade settlement and bank loan servicing, with a strong understanding of platforms like ClearPar and WSO.
- In-depth knowledge of structured finance, CLO administration, and cash reconciliation.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities to handle complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively in a global setting.
- Willingness to work during US shifts (early day, East Coast hours) to support global operations.
