At Linedata, we’re looking for a talented Production Support Specialist to join our team and be the backbone of support for our clients using Linedata Mfact, MShare, and NavQuest. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your fund accounting expertise to make a real impact by providing top-notch technical and business support to our valued customers.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, working directly with them via email, phone, and web portal to troubleshoot and resolve issues—both business and technical. You'll collaborate closely with both technical and business teams to diagnose problems, find solutions, and ensure client success. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to product improvement by escalating software bugs and collaborating with our Product Development team.
What You’ll Do:
- Resolve fund accounting issues: Use your expertise to diagnose and resolve customer accounting-related challenges in Mfact, MShare, and NavQuest.
- Troubleshoot and communicate: Work efficiently to solve problems while keeping clients informed and satisfied.
- Manage multiple priorities: Handle and prioritize customer inquiries to ensure fast and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with technical and business teams to escalate issues and deliver impactful solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide online and on-site training to clients, helping them maximize their use of our solutions.
- Knowledge Sharing: Identify common issues and contribute solutions to our Knowledge Base for future reference.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fund Accounting Experience: 2+ years of experience in Fund Accounting, with a passion for solving problems and helping clients succeed.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions to issues.
- Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- SQL Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
