Position/Title: Associate – Corporate Affairs

Position
We are seeking an Associate to join the Corporate Affairs team in our New York Office. The Associate will support the team in the execution of a dynamic, integrated, and cross-functional communications strategy – inclusive of corporate communications, brand, content creation and corporate social responsibility – that engages multiple stakeholders across channels. This candidate will be required to have strong communication and analytical skills as well as acute attention to detail. This position will report to the Director, Corporate Communications. This position is based in the Firm’s New York City office.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Help oversee and coordinate multiple Corporate Affairs initiatives and projects (corporate impact programs, investor and public-facing content development across digital and social channels, brand positioning projects, etc.)
- Draft, edit, and maintain key communications documents (talking points, FAQs, fact sheets, press releases, investor communications, etc.) for both internal and external audiences
- Oversee daily monitoring of news about Pretium, Pretium operating companies, and the broader industry to ensure timely and strategic responses
- Work effectively cross-functionally with internal teams and senior stakeholders
Requirements
- A strong academic background, with an undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, finance, economics, etc.)
- A minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience. Experience within financial services preferred.
- Strong project management skills with ability to multitask and meet dynamic deadlines
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail. Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset; must possess the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.

- Annual base salary range for this role is expected to be between $125,000 - $140,000
- The actual salary will depend on various factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s experience and credentials, salary expectations of applicable candidates, and other applicable market conditions.
