About the Team:
The RFP team serves a core function within our Reporting team, supporting our sales and client services efforts, as well as our on-going Due Diligence function. The primary responsibility of the role is to engage with the Business Development and Product teams and coordinate with SME’s across the organization to respond to RFP and DDQ requests for prospective and existing clients. As well, the individual will be looked upon to help in re-designing processes to increase efficiencies while also improving outcomes. A successful candidate operates well independently as well as in a team environment and is a proactive and creative problem solver.
Your Role:
We are seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join the RFP Function within our Reporting team.
You will:
- Proactively address all RFP and DDQ requests and complete all corresponding documentation
- Interact and partner with stakeholder teams across the firm to ensure accuracy of RFP / DDQ content and responses.
- Coordinate with all areas of the firm to maintain high-quality content for use in RFP’s DDQ’s, and across other business use cases.
- Track and manage all outstanding RFPs and DDQs with ability to escalate to senior management if deadlines are in jeopardy of being missed
- Maintain a commitment to quality and attention to detail in a timely manner
- Utilize AI tools to drive strategic changes to existing processes
What You’ll Bring:
- A relevant undergraduate degree including but not limited to Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, English or Communications
- 1-3 years of relevant post-undergraduate experience within a professional services environment; asset management and operations backgrounds are a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and work within tight timeframes
- Works proactively, taking initiative to identify and solve problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence is a plus
- Experience with Responsive RFP Management tool, or similar Proposal technology, is a plus

The salary range for this role is expected to be $65,000 to $75,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is accurate for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, depending upon factors such as skills, experience, location, or other business and organizational needs. This wage range may also be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
