Your Future Team
As an IT Governance Analyst at Hightower Advisors, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance of IT operations. You will be responsible for supporting the collection and synthesis of data into meaningful metrics, coordinating audit and regulatory responses, and analyzing departmental performance. Your expertise will contribute to the overall efficiency and compliance of the IT department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Metrics/Departmental Performance Ownership:
- Collect and synthesize data into meaningful metrics that can be tracked over time.
- Support the compilation of metrics.
- Periodically compile metrics presentations to be shared with leadership.
- Identify areas for improvement based on performance metrics.
- Audit/Regulatory Response, Readiness, and Coordination:
- Coordinate the completion of quarterly attestations and compile materials for submission to auditors.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure readiness for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Resource Allocation and Tracking
- Act as a point of contact between stakeholders to maintain the daily and monthly. operations of the Resource Allocation and Time Tracking System.
- Leverage the system to design reporting and dashboards that can be used to measure departmental performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT governance, risk management, consulting, or a related role.
- Proven experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and audit processes.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.

- Base salary of $85,000-$95,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
