Your Future Team
Hightower's Business Service & Operations team supports Advisory teams through the creation, maintenance, and closure of custodian accounts and client agreements while supporting advisory fee billing and agreement amendment processes.
Reporting to the Manager of Client Agreement Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our advisor practice integration activities while supporting day-to-day operations as needed. You will be responsible for ensuring standard documentation practices are followed, executing standard operational processes, and implementing quality control measures throughout Hightower operations. You will support the data aggregation and loading of client agreement documentation and attributes into our Salesforce system for onboarding practices, ensuring quality and data accuracy throughout the process.
What You’ll Do - Integration Activities
- Manage external vendor relationships and coordinate data collection efforts.
- Integrate data from advisor teams, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and approved. Establish quality control measures to establish repeatable processes.
- Identify potential risks or vulnerabilities in operational processes and propose mitigation strategies
- Transfer and maintain data within internal systems, ensuring integrity and minimizing errors.
- Track project progress, report on key milestones, and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct operational diligence reviews of all deals, providing status updates as necessary.
- Travel to onboarding practices, as needed, to educate and train on internal client agreement systems and processes.
- Business as Usual Activities
- Serve as backup and support to the rest of the Client Agreements team as needed. This could include answering ticket inquiries, training existing advisor teams on processes, or reviewing & approving client agreements
What You’ll Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization) and Python scripting for data automation.

- Base salary of $80,000-$90,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
