Senior Project Manager
What does a successful Senior Project Manager do at Fiserv?
You will play a pivotal role in our Sales Tech environment. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating meetings, gathering business requirements, and developing project plans. You will serve as a trusted member of our team, interfacing with IT management, architects, database administrators, and other Salesforce professionals. Your ability to communicate effectively across various departments and manage complex projects will contribute directly to our success.
What You Will Do
- Define project timelines, draft proposals, establish budgets, and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate between internal teams and external resources, ensuring clear, effective, and consistent communication of guidelines and deadlines
- Assess risks throughout the project lifecycle and proactively implement issue resolution with project stakeholders
- Delegate and prioritize tasks among internal teams, conducting status updates and check-ins to ensure task completion
- Provide regular project status check-ins, progress tracking, and updates on deliverables to internal teams, external resources, clients, and stakeholders
- Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring ambitious standards and accountability for deadlines
- Resolve problems with all parties involved to ensure project success
- Support new team members with onboarding, mentoring, planning, budgeting, implementation, and maintaining messaging consistency and overall quality control
What You Will Need To Have
- 5+ years of experience in project management within sales support and/or financial verticals
- 5+ years of experience in developing project plans and task lists
- 5+ years of experience providing project accounting and documentation
- 5+ years of experience solving complex problems and analytical skills
- 1+ years of experience supporting Fiserv products
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience
What Would Be Great To Have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification
- Experience with Salesforce or other contact center technology
- Advanced knowledge of IT frameworks and functional objectives
- Experience in coordinating between internal teams and external resources

Salary Range
$96,200.00 - $164,900.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
