We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the assessment, adoption, education, and scaling of corporate AI tools at CAIS. This critical role will ensure the organization effectively leverages AI technologies to enhance end-user productivity while maintaining stringent data privacy and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI end-user tools, such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and Microsoft Copilot, combined with a strong understanding of wealth management and alternative investments.
Key Responsibilities
AI Tool Assessment & Strategy:
- Evaluate the organization’s current AI tools, including ChatGPT, and determine their long-term viability.
- Research and assess alternative tools like Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude for potential adoption.
- Ensure all tools align with CAIS data privacy policies and do not contribute proprietary data or PII to training large language models.
Champion AI Education & Adoption
- Serve as the champion for corporate AI technologies, leading education initiatives and providing training to employees across functions.
- Establish office hours and support frameworks to guide employees in effectively using AI tools.
- Act as a resource for identifying and implementing use-case-specific AI solutions for operations, sales, and other teams.
Governance & Compliance
- Partner with security and compliance teams to conduct proper technology reviews for AI tools, ensuring alignment with privacy standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine and expand AI governance policies as tools evolve.
AI Strategy Leadership
- Drive the company’s AI-forward strategy with a focus on end-user technology.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in corporate AI and provide thought leadership to guide the organization’s adoption of new technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with end-user AI tools, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy standards, particularly as they pertain to the use of AI technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to scale AI tools and drive adoption across diverse teams and functions.
- Background in wealth management, alternative investments, or related industries preferred.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical users.
- Experience managing vendor workflows and conducting technical reviews for new AI-enabled platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving AI landscapes.

CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $190,000- $250,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
