We are looking for an HR Systems and Technology expert to join our dynamic, global team.
We’ll trust you to:
- Be a critical advisor and executor during our global implementation of Oracle HCM
- Work with technology teams to bring requirements to life and configure solutions for our multidisciplinary HR organization
- Manage and execute the configuration, customization, and integration of HR systems, ensuring that they meet company standards and employee needs
- Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal system performance
- Help develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for HR system implementations
- Conduct data analysis to extract insights that drive strategic HR decision-making and process improvement
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new systems and processes
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HR systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the security of HR information systems
You’ll need to have:
- 7 or more years of in house experience supporting HR technology implementation and configuration between users, BAs/PMs, and technical teams
- Demonstrated experience implementing, configuring, and/or maintaining Oracle HCM and other cloud solutions
- Strong background in project management or business analysis in the context of cloud solution deployments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and collaborate with diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Experience with data protection regulations and HR information security best practices a plus

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $150,000-$180,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role. Base salary is one component of Lazard’s compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
