The SVP Product Manager for Property Asset Review and Property Manager Data Ingestion will be a key driver within the Private Assets Product team at Citco Fund Services. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategic initiatives related to property asset review and the ingestion of property manager data. The successful candidate will lead efforts to understand client needs, assess market landscapes, and drive growth through innovative solutions.
Location: The successfully hired candidate must reside in the state of Illinois.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
Product Strategy and Development
- Focus on new revenue-generating products within the property and asset management space.
- Generate and evaluate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
- Define and provide thought leadership on the long-term strategy and vision consistent with company mission and business objectives.
- Build and present business cases for new capability builds/strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate the prioritization of strategic initiative investments.
- Establish and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.
Client Engagement and Market Analysis
- Engage with clients, business leads, BD, and RMs to identify product/capability gaps, unmet client needs, and other business opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and experience.
- Interact with market participants at industry events.
- Conduct and present various industry and market analyses.
- Assess the competitive landscape, including service offerings and technology.
Project Direction and Execution
- Design and incubate nascent strategic solutions.
- Assign and work with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of all aspects of the strategic initiative’s charter.
- Ensure strategic initiatives establish success measures in line with the business case.
- Steer the project team to succeed.
- Create and maintain standard product offering documentation and business development support materials (e.g., slides, RFP responses).
- Closely engage in the sales process to aid in articulating Citco’s value proposition, product roadmap, and key differentiators.
- Participate in pilots of new capabilities to customers to refine requirements and stabilize the platform.
Product Marketing and Support
- Engage with MarComms to produce relevant product marketing materials (new launches) and support the calendar of activities.
- Assist RMs with product positioning to facilitate client adoption.
Qualifications
About You:
- 10+ years of proven experience in product management, preferably within the property and asset management sectors.
- Strong understanding of property asset review and data ingestion processes.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to engage with clients and market participants effectively.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Salary Range: $147,000 – $220,000 USD annually
