POSITION PURPOSE:
The Multi-Family Real Estate Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to optimize rental income and occupancy rates across our portfolio of multi-family properties. This role requires a data-driven approach to pricing, market analysis, and performance monitoring to ensure the financial success of our properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and pricing opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze property performance metrics, including occupancy, rental rates, and revenue.
- Collaborate with property management teams to implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Utilize revenue management software and tools to forecast demand and adjust pricing accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance and market conditions to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the multi-family real estate market
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)- Bachelor's degree or greater preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management and/or multi-family real estate sector.
ABOUT YOU:- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. This role is eligible for bonus pay in addition to base salary. The anticipated base salary range for the position in Los Angeles, CA is $80,000 - $110,000.
