The Private Wealth Management (PWM) Baird Family Wealth Team engages with advisors to provide solutions for complex higher net worth clients and prospects particularly private business owners as they plan for transitions and families of legacy wealth.
Partnering with the Baird Family Wealth Team to drive consistency, engagement, and business outcomes with the full Private Wealth organization, the Baird Family Wealth Specialist will play an important role to support PWMs strategic and growth initiatives.

As a Baird Family Wealth Specialist, You Will
- Play a leading role in the Baird Family Wealth committees – driving objectives of strategy and ensuring that we are evolving our service model to meet the changing needs of our advisors and their clients.
- Create and deliver Baird Family Wealth content to support the Directors consulting engagements and to help drive field awareness to our resources and self-guided support on key initiatives.
- Partner closely with the Directors of Baird Family Wealth, representing department leaders, and take lead on organizing and executing calls – ensuring objectives are met and summarizing key themes for improvement and discussion with the leaders.
- Support the coordination and execution of various meetings including regional events and workshops. Play a leading role in agenda development, engagement, and key objectives of each event.
- Collaborate with the Directors of Baird Family Wealth on pre-meeting strategy and preparations to enable the highest quality and most relevant meetings with Advisors.
- Partner with the Directors of Baird Family Wealth on FA Practice coaching and growth opportunities, with expanding responsibilities related to prep and follow-up with the field directly.
- Lead, support, and guide advisor conversations on a variety of topics to support advisor team growth and the PWM growth strategy.
- Act as a liaison with internal partners in our Baird Family Wealth group – the platform of experts and solutions for PWM, Operations, and Corporate Events – to bring relevant ideas and content to the Directors for awareness and strategic execution.
- Responsible for prioritizing data driven activities and responsibility for all BFW team calls and other large calls.
- Leads the coordination with key external strategic partners.
- Serve as the main resource coordinator for the 50+ BFW certified teams.

What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Marketing or Computer Science
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- 3-5 years of wealth management experience.
