Your Future Team
As a Level 2 Technology Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and assisting with the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in IT principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues from Level 1 support, providing solutions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring minimal change to end-users
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies
- Analyze and identify patterns in reported problems, contributing to the creation of comprehensive solutions and preventative measures
- Escalate important issues to appropriate teams or vendors and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures for future reference
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating technical documentation to facilitate efficient issue resolution
- Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, ensuring they meet performance and security standards
- Collaborate with senior team members in implementing new technologies and upgrades, following best practices
- With end-users to understand their technical needs and provide clear instructions and solutions
- Keep your team informed of progress, status, and resolutions for ongoing technical issues
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance technical skills and stay current with best practices
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve proficiency in relevant technologies
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure all technology solutions are running and meeting performance expectations
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of experience providing technical support in a Level 2 or similar role
- Knowledge of operating systems, hardware components, and software applications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues and finding solutions
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

- Base salary of $72,000-$77,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
