Your Responsibilities
- Handle and execute service requests, triage and diagnose incidents, and assist with daily operations for the platform
- Own client projects working with hedge fund custodians/administrators, as well as internal projects working with R&D
- More experienced consultants are expected to train associates, act as an escalation point, and handle more complex or nuanced projects
Your Experience
- Recent and relevant work experience with similar functionality (Financial Services, Investment Technology, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in a technology or client-facing role
- Familiarity in related subject areas such as Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar
- Technology troubleshooting skills and interest in technology and software support
- Ability to learn new processes, products, and support tools quickly
- Communication skills, and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Understanding of financial markets and related processes
- Experience collaborating with Software Development teams to facilitate Product Supportability, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Fulfillment processes
- Experience training employees on a growing team
- Understanding of project management best practices
