Position Overview
The Product organization within CPS is responsible for designing and executing our capital formation strategy across all fundraises. The COO function drives the creation and execution of the holistic business strategy, oversees day-to-day business management, and is deeply focused on delivering strategic scale to achieve transformational growth targets.
We are seeking a Product Enablement Strategy Professional to join our dynamic team. This professional will lead the development of a team focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of fundraising activities across the entire product ecosystem. This includes delivering strategic scale and a cohesive approach to repeatable activities across all fundraises, with a deep focus on simplifying workflows, leveraging modern technology, and being data-driven.
Key Responsibilities :
Optimize processes, strategic planning, and project management.
Simplify workflows and leverage modern technology to drive our holistic fintech strategy.
Design and oversee the management of Diligence Requests, Consultant Databases, Firmwide Fundraising Content, and Reporting.
Develop and execute holistic technological solutions aimed at scaling capital formation.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in process optimization, strategic planning, and project management.
Strong ability to simplify workflows and leverage modern technology.
Excellent leadership and team development skills.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering strategic scale.
Pay Range
$175K - $215K

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
