About PSRS/PEERS
PSRS/PEERS is the largest defined benefit pension plan in Missouri with more than 315,000 members. We work in partnership with Missouri public school districts to provide retirement security for Missouri's public school teachers and education employees through lifetime monthly service retirement benefits, as well as disability and death benefits.
The primary focus of our investment program is to achieve an annual return of at least 7.3% over long periods of time. We attempt to reduce overall portfolio risk by diversifying into several asset classes, including both public and private investments spanning both domestic and international markets.
The PSRS/PEERS investment program is well respected and recognized within the industry. Multiple members of the PSRS/PEERS investment team have been named to Institutional Investor's Rising Stars list, and our Chief Investment Officer has been named to Trusted Insight's list of Top Pension Chief Investment Officers. In 2023 and 2024, PSRS/PEERS was named one of the "Best Places to Work in Money Management" by Pensions and Investments magazine.

Many positions have scheduling flexibility within those hours and the opportunity to telecommute part of the week.
