Team Overview
KKR’s Global Human Capital (“HC”) team provides commercially aligned people strategies by working closely with business leaders, employees, and key stakeholders to deliver on human capital and talent needs. The HC team accomplishes this by implementing world class, advisory & talent solutions that:

KKR’s Human Capital team is comprised of Business Partners & Centers of Excellence (Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, People Ops & Data, Culture, Total Rewards, etc...). Together, they seamlessly deliver human capital services and solutions, across all stages of an employee’s lifecycle at KKR.
Position Summary
KKR is seeking an experienced executive to be a strategic partner to the Global Head of Human Capital and HC leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence, facilitating strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment across the HC function. This role acts as a trusted advisor, internal consultant, and project leader, ensuring HC delivers maximum value to the organization.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Support the CHRO in developing, executing, and monitoring the Human Capital department’s strategic plan. Ensure alignment with company-wide objectives and initiatives. Prepare presentations, reports, and communications on behalf of the Global Head of Human Capital. Developing and managing agendas and presentations for regular management and Board level committee meetings, for both internal and external stakeholders. Manage follow-ups and ensure deliverables are met.
- Data, Analytics & Reporting: Creating a global standard for key operational, performance, and risk metrics for Human Capital, and developing tracking and reporting dashboards to help drive decision making
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline internal processes, manage department workflows, and ensure effective communication and collaboration across HC teams.
- Project & Program Management: Lead and manage high-impact projects and initiatives across all HC functions including talent acquisition, firm culture, employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational design.
- Leadership Support: Serve as a liaison between the Global Head of Human Capital and internal/external stakeholders. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Culture & Employee Experience: Champion and help drive initiatives that enhance company culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
- Change Management: Lead and support change management efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and smooth transitions during organizational change.
- Financial Planning: Overseeing Human Capital’s budgeting and expense management processes, coordinating closely with the Finance team
- Communications: Working with KKR’s Communications & Marketing teams to develop and propagate KKR’s employee value proposition and enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of COO and/or HR experience at a large multinational financial institution, engaging with a diverse group of c-suite stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field

This is the expected annual base salary range for this New York-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
Base Salary Range
$200,000—$225,000 USD
