Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. Hightower’s capital solutions, operational support services, size and scale empower its vibrant community of independent-minded wealth advisors to grow their businesses and help their clients achieve their vision of “well-th. rebalanced.” Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).
What You’ll Do
- Partner with cross-discipline team members to support collaboration and promote a positive client experience
- Define project management best practices within product development group
- Lead complex and multi-team projects with the IT Department
- Develop and implement Project Management tools in collaboration with other IT functions to improve and guide projects
- Communicate project progress to the Technology Leadership Team and Business Stakeholders
- Help clear hurdles for project owners to ensure delivery of projects
- *This is a contract role*
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience managing projects
- Experience with project management artifacts, including but not limited in the ability to create business case models, cost benefit analyses, project plans, project financials, and requirements
- High-level understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
- Asana (preferred) or similar project management tool (Smartsheets, MS Project) administrative and execution experience
- Proficient in Microsoft suite, including Excel (can perform complex functions)
- Integration or divestiture implementation or consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar background
