SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the quality assurance of the Records Unit workflow processes, the audit and approval of new IMRF member enrollments for all the Voluntary Additional plan and designation of beneficiary form processing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
¨Process enrollments for the Voluntary Additional Plan.Verify that each participant's contribution percentages plan has been applied.
¨Review and enter Designation of Beneficiary forms received by active, inactive, and retired members.
¨Reassign Incoming Packages to ensure the documents go to the correct queue.
¨Perform QA in Kofax when conflicts arise in the data entry process.
¨Assist with testing and development of system enhancements and special projects as assigned.
¨Assist with the Offsite Storage contents management process.
¨Train and serve as backup for the Office Service Analyst QA function as needed.
¨Contact employers, IMRF members, or IMRF staff to resolve any questions or problems that may arise through the QA or audit procedure.
¨Prepare reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annually as requested by supervisor.
¨Assist in other Records duties as needed, such as indexing, data entry, equipment repairs, assisting other IMRF department staff with records equipment/request functions.
¨Work with the Office Services Analyst as needed for continuous process improvements.
¨Assist the Office Services Manager with possible tenant improvement projects and capital projects as needed.
¨Additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, and members/employers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Salary and Benefits
The expected annual salary range for this role is $45,299 - $48,016. Please note the salary information is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
