Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Agent. Located in Heliopolis, the role involves a combination of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. The Sales Agent will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, selling insurance products, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role includes training customers and clients on insurance products and services.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Sales and Insurance knowledge
- Experience in Training customers and clients
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is advantageous
